I have practised yoga for most of my adult life, but it was when attending a yoga class on my doorstep with an inspirational teacher that I really felt the connection. I was a new mum in 2016 and I needed something to help me get back to my previously active self. That connection led me to train with Sun Power Yoga under Anne-Marie Newland. I qualified in 2019 with my 200 hours. Since then I have taught yoga classes, retreats, run plant based supper nights and met some incredible people that I now call friends. 

I teach Vinyasa or 'Yoga Flow' where each movement or hold is paired to the breath. I place importance on the alignment of the body as this brings safety in our practice and hopefully leads to a deeper understanding of what our bodies are capable of.
